Making Dignity Statements

What is a Dignity Statement and purpose does it serve? It is a way of asserting yourself, and protecting yourself from social violence, abuse and humiliation both inside and outside the workplace. How do you make it? Very easily, and if you do it right it can heal and prevent stress as well as empowering and uplifting yourself and your companions.
