Secret Ruler of the world “Charles” decides to take a walk through town because when he’s surrounded by hamburgers-with-legs who haven’t “been there, Man!” it makes him feel very superior. As you can see in Part 2, “Charles” is approached by two young men who admire him a lot and are willing to show it with a public display of affection.
