Is the Military a Religion?

In a months time it will be Armed Forces Day. Isn’t Remembrance Day enough? Why is so much social status, glamour and glorification poured onto soldiers and Military service? This has always been the case, but it’s becoming more extreme; the Military today has become a virtual religion! Is this something justified and deserving that is inherent in the Military occupations, or is something more sinister afoot? This place could turn out to be one of the most interesting places in Oxford history. It shows that it dates back to pre-Illuminati ages.
